Fake pimp from ACORN videos tries to 'punk' CNN correspondent - CNN.com:

A conservative activist known for making undercover videos plotted to embarrass a CNN correspondent by recording a meeting on hidden cameras aboard a floating "palace of pleasure" and making sexually suggestive comments, e-mails and a planning document show.

This guy just can't help himself. I can't say as I know enough about ACORN to really speak effectively as to whether or not they were doing any of the things the right accused them of after his heavily edited video essentially put them under, but if prosecutors couldn't make a case, it certainly speaks to a lack of credibility in his efforts.
